Introduction

After much procrastination, my education blog is emerging from the pile of good intentions under which it was hiding.

Most of the information you need is over at the “about” page. Click on “Nutritional Information” at the top to take a look at it. The Cliff’s Notes version is this: I’m going to use this space to post about things that work and things that don’t work in the classroom. There will be tips, tricks, links, book reviews, and the occasional story of student hilarity.

I absolutely, completely, unabashedly love what I do. I hope that this blog helps you catch the excitement. For now, I’m going to leave you with a quote from the late, great Jim Henson. “[Kids] don’t remember what you try to teach them.
